I don’t normally write in to compliment contractors but I feel after the special service I have received by your company that I would make an exception. You will see by your records that one of your surveyors came to my house on 18th January this year to inspect a condensation issue I was experiencing in my utility room and one of my upstairs bedrooms. (I previously had two damp specialist companies out to diagnose the cause and both of them recommended PIV’s and extra ventilation to which I was not completely convinced). After your Surveyor inspected the whole property, he had noticed some large gaps in my cavity wall insulation; he went onto explain about thermal bridging and made a recommendation to have the insulation removed and re-insulated with a bonded-bead insulation. The job was completed 5 days after he came and the bead insulation completed a few days after. I can now say my internal walls are free from condensation! Please pass on my thanks to the CES team.

I would just like to thank CES Northwest for their quick and efficient removal of my cavity wall insulation at my house. After having damp and black mould in my Lounge and Dining Room, one of your Surveyors attended within a couple of days of calling your office to inspect the damage. Following his investigation, he found that the insulation in the walls was very wet, he was able to show me the insulation on a camera and he also removed a small amount, so I could feel how wet it was. Within two weeks your teams had arrived and removed the insulation and they also showed me lots of rubble that had also been removed. Wez and David your two technicians were very polite in explaining the process to me at the beginning and at the end of the job, the outside was kept clean and tidy throughout the work. They returned the following day to put in the new bead insulation so I will look forward to reducing my heating bills! Thanks again. One of the things that you may have heard of is the EPS bead. This solution is well worth considering if you are developing a property.

Please pass on my gratitude to David and Kyle for completing the damp proof work at my home last week.
